Having moved to another suburb nearly a year ago, I still on occasion make the wrong turn when driving back to the office. My autopilot system still has the wrong habits programed into it!
Apparently habits account for 40% of our behaviours on any given day. That means we are so creatures of habit.
From cleaning your teeth, to eating healthily, to how disciplined you are with your time…. 40% of your success will come down to the habits you have decided to adopt in your life.
I love this saying ,“Great achievements are created through habits - and so are failures - so choose your habits carefully”.
Habits are a bunch of small actions that we deliberately choose to do on a regular basis. The more we plan our habits the more we shape our lives in the direction we want to go.
The choice is ours.
