“I really enjoy sharing the growth secrets of some of the world's biggest brands with our local business owners to help them drive their own growth and profits.”
After a successful 25-year international career in marketing and advertising with George Patterson Bates and Ogilvy & Mather in Sydney, and with Saatchi & Saatchi in London and Europe, Roger returned to New Zealand in 2008. Keen to move on from the corporate world Roger soon established his own consultancy advising and mentoring owners of small to medium sized businesses.
Firstly, in Auckland, and now in Hawke's Bay, Roger enjoys sharing what he has learned from the world's best to help local business owners reap the benefits.
Roger is enjoying building The Hawke's Bay Profit Club into a vibrant and innovative resource that is already driving significant business success for its members.
We’ve been there, we get it.
As business owners ourselves, we wanted to create something that offered genuine, broad ranging and affordable help to business owners in Hawke’s Bay.
The Club format allows us to deliver exactly that. Each 'clubroom' meets every fortnight has a maximum of 25 members to keep the dynamics intimate and confidential.
Being a member takes the loneliness out of being a business owner and leader, and by sharing our 'wins' and 'challenges' each meeting we not only learn from each other and celebrate our successes together.
