An innovative and inspirational business development specialist, David is also a certified ‘Gold Rated’ business coach in New Zealand. With 25 years of experience in management positions, both employed and self-employed, David has a wealth of practical experience from being a business owner and corporate manager.
During the last 15 years David has been coaching both business owners and corporate managers, from Fonterra to the local pharmacy. And as a director and shareholder in six local businesses, David truly understands how important it is to maintain forward momentum and sustain profitability.
As a coach, David has led many businesses through their development strategies resulting in significant increases in turnover and profit. He also works with CEOs to help them build high performance teams and team leaders within their organisations.

How it works in three steps:

Step one:
First, you'll need to talk with David either on the phone, in person or via online chat. You'll have a brief chat about your business so we can be sure that The Hawke's Bay Profit Club is the right place for you. We are committed to getting results for our members and we want to make sure you fit the membership criteria.

Step two:
One or two things will happen in this next step. David will advise you if he believes there is a better alternative for you, or he will let you know if he believes that you might be a good match for The Profit Club. Nobody will hassle or put pressure on you. If you want in, GREAT! If not, no problem!

Step three:
This step will see you attend your first three FREE sessions. This is a great chance to see if you will get value from the club like all of our other members do. We then continue on a month by month basis, so you can leave anytime. We are not interested in in selling to everyone. This process ensures that you are in the right place with no risk of any financial commitments. You would be crazy not to reach out and have that first chat!

As a business owner, I wanted to create something that offered genuine, broad ranging and affordable help to business owners in Hawke’s Bay.
The Club format allows us to deliver exactly that. Meeting every fortnight, the club accommodates a maximum of 25 members to keep the dynamics intimate and confidential.
Being a member takes the loneliness out of being a business owner and leader, and by sharing our 'wins' and 'challenges' each meeting we not only learn from each other and celebrate our successes together.
